Jessica began her career in the wealth management industry in 2011 and brings extensive experience across client service and back-office operations. She has supported both clients and wealth managers throughout her career, along with a strong background in training facilitation and the development of standard operating procedures.

In her role, Jessica is focused on delivering a seamless experience for both clients and wealth managers. She is highly detail-oriented and serves as a dependable point of support, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately behind the scenes so clients receive a high level of care and attention.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Jessica continues to reside there with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing music, photography, and video games.
