Dave has been with Boyum Barenscheer since graduating from Metro State in 2018, as a member of the audit department. His expertise lies in two thriving sectors: construction and nonprofit organizations. Dave is passionate about financial excellence and committed to delivering exceptional results in both industries. What he enjoys most about his career is the opportunity to connect with people and solve problems as a team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time at the family cabin, playing cards, exploring new restaurants, and attending live comedy shows. Staying physically active is also important to him, and he hopes to one day return to marathon shape. Interestingly, if he hadn’t pursued a career in auditing, Dave’s backup plan was to become a standup comedian.
