Brendon Cullen

Brendon brings more than 10 years of experience across tax, audit, accounting, finance and transaction advisory. After beginning his career at a national firm, he joined a startup where he gained broad operational experience across accounting, finance and DOT compliance before moving to a local firm focused on private equity groups.

Today, Brendon specializes in transaction advisory, working with clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has worked on more than 250 transactions representing over $1 billion in transaction value across a variety of lower middle-market industries. He enjoys getting to know how businesses operate, identifying opportunities to uncover hidden value and helping clients avoid costly mistakes when evaluating an acquisition.

Outside of work, Brendon lives in Edina with his wife and two young children. He stays involved in the community as a member of the Angel Foundation Finance Committee and previously served on the University of St. Thomas Alumni Advisory Board. He loves to travel, explore new restaurants around the Twin Cities and follow college football, particularly Iowa and Notre Dame. He also played competitive golf for eight years and still enjoys getting out on the course – even if he admits he is not quite as good as he used to be.
