Boyum Barenscheer is preparing for an exciting next chapter with plans to consolidate its offices into a new headquarters at Midway Innovation Center II in St. Paul. The move will bring Boyum Barenscheer and Boyum Wealth Architects together in one location, with a workplace designed to support collaboration, flexibility and continued growth.
Spanning more than 43,000 square feet across two floors, the new headquarters will provide room for our growing teams and support the way we work today and into the future.
A Workplace Designed for the Future
The new headquarters will feature a mix of private offices, workstations, hoteling areas and phone booths to support a hybrid workplace model. The design emphasizes collaboration and connection while giving employees flexibility in how they work.
Bringing our teams together under one roof will create opportunities to strengthen relationships, share expertise and continue delivering personalized service to our clients. The new space will also accommodate our continued growth and provide a foundation for the future of both Boyum Barenscheer and Boyum Wealth Architects.

Project Timeline and Partners
