What is your process?

The first step is an intake meeting to understand your business, culture, and talent acquisition needs. Once we’ve defined the ideal candidate profile, we start the search by leveraging our network and sourcing from all of the industry-leading recruitment platforms. We then screen candidates with a phone and traditional interview (yes, we actually meet our people), submit the top qualified candidates, and then shepherd them through your interview process.

Josh joined Boyum Barenscheer in early 2021 as our first dedicated Talent Acquisition professional. He came to the firm with 14 years of experience specializing in hard-to-find people and hard-to-fill roles. His focus on candidate experience and “above and beyond” service mentality have proven to be a natural fit for the firm.
