Nick is a Certified Public Accountant who provides tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of taxpayers. He specializes in working with small to mid-market businesses, with a particular focus on closely held companies and their individual owners. Nick serves clients across diverse industries, including retail, professional services, hospitality, wholesale, and real estate. He takes a collaborative, client-focused approach, seeking to understand each client’s business and deliver tailored strategies that help minimize tax burden.

Nick began his public accounting career in 2017 with a regional firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where he attended college. In 2019, he returned to the Twin Cities and gained experience at two large, top-10 national firms before joining Boyum Barensheer.

Nick is a huge sports fan with his favorite teams consisting of the Wild, Vikings, Wolves, Twins, and of course the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux. He likes to play golf in the summer, and enjoys catching live music whenever he has the opportunity.
