Summary

We are seeking an experienced and credentialed Wealth Architect to join our team as a lead advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm referrals into long-term clients and serving as their primary relationship manager. You’ll be supported by a dedicated planning and service team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building trust, delivering strategic advice, and guiding clients through complex financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Leads relationships with new and existing high-net-worth clients, typically with $5M+ in net worth, providing strategic guidance and proactive support.
  • Converts warm referrals from CPA partners, existing clients, and centers of influence into long-term advisory relationships.
  • Delivers comprehensive financial planning across retirement, estate, tax, and investment disciplines, ensuring recommendations align with client objectives.
  • Partners with Integrated Wealth Managers (CFP® professionals) to build, refine, and present financial plans.
  • Coordinates with the CIO to implement investment strategies, ensuring portfolios reflect client goals and firm standards.
  • Works closely with Client Service Representatives to ensure seamless onboarding and consistent, high-quality service.
  • Builds and deepens internal referral relationships through intentional networking with CPA partners and team members.
  • Upholds exceptional standards of execution, responsiveness, and client care across all interactions.

Qualifications and Education

  • 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Advisory roles preferred.
  • Active CFP® certification preferred.
  • Series 65 license preferred.
  • Active and Valid Life and Health insurance license in Minnesota preferred.
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Physical Demands

  • Required to sit for long periods.
  • Extensive computer, keyboard, and mouse use.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $300,000

The stated salary range reflects the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final offers will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location.
