Summary

The Client Service Associate supports the operational and administrative needs of our advisors and clients, ensuring smooth execution of financial workflows, account servicing, and client communications. You will work closely with the Client Service Specialist and other team members to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide timely, professional, and clear responses to client inquiries and internal requests
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including client documentation, transaction processing, and CRM data maintenance
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of client requests within established timelines
  • Conduct research and resolve client issues in partnership with internal teams and custodians
  • Uphold compliance standards by verifying that all client requests and documentation meet regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of operational processes and procedures
  • Retrieve and analyze information across multiple internal and external systems, including vendor and custodian platforms
  • Maintain precise records while ensuring adherence to firm policies and regulatory obligations
  • Use internal platforms (e.g.: Egnyte, Redtail, Schwab Advisor Center, Microsoft Suite, etc.) for document management, workflow insight, and effective communication

Qualifications and Education

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, client relations, or operational support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with advanced verbal and written communication proficiency
  • Highly detail-oriented with a consistent record of completing tasks accurately and on time
  • Skilled in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and DocuSign
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently while effectively managing responsibilities
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with Charles Schwab and RedTail CRM; prior experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000

The stated salary range reflects the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final offers will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location.
